The CrossFit program is designed for universal scalability making it the perfect application for any individual regardless of fitness or experience.

HOW DO I GET STARTED?
The first step in joining our community is to schedule your first Crossfit Grimsby Foundations class. At CrossFit Grimsby we are dedicated to making the introduction process for our program as smooth as possible. Each new member is required to undertake our foundations course that is aimed at familiarising all potential members with the movements and culture of CrossFit.
